We will offer a full 14 day money back guarantee if you are not completey satisfied with our product.
It is your responsibilty to arrange and pay for the return of goods that have been correctly supplied and are not faulty. We recommend that they are sent via an insured and signed-for service.
In the unlikely event that a product develops a fault once you have received it, we will at our discretion either repair it, replace it or offer a refund within 14 days but we are not responsible for any consequential loss or expenditure incurred as a result of any fault arising after this time period.
For any genuine return we will firstly attempt to re collect the item from you at a mutually agreed and convenient time or failing this we will notify you how and where to send the goods.
'Made to order' items.
Unfortunately, items made to order or 'bespoke' cannot be cancelled or returned without reason. Made to order or bespoke items will usually be described as such on the website, however anything where you are specifying for example a colour or size and whereby this has not been delivered, we will of course consider returns and replace item/s accordingly.
Occasionally, time delays on 'Made to Order' items may occur:
We will do our best to get bespoke orders completed and delivered within the estimated timescale. However, problems do occasionally arise that cause delays in the making and delivery of 'made to order' items. Because we still have to pay for the manufacture and materials required we cannot accept that 'time is of the essence' in 'made to order' or 'bespoke' situations - this means that you don't have the automatic right to cancel such an order just because it's late. In some circumstances, it may be possible for us to cancel the order with no charge if the making and purcase of materials and not commenced but will be entirely at our discesion . However, once the manufacture/making has commenced, we wont be able to cancel. Please understand that it is your responsibility to contact us to enquire if it is possible to cancel an order. If there has been a time delay, please don't leave it until its too late to express your concerns!
Shortages - Check your delivery carefully.
If you've ordered more than one item, please check the contents of your delivery and compare it with our delivery note to ensure that all goods have arrived. You must notify us by email or fax within 24 hours if something hasn't arrived. Note that if you've ordered more than one item, we sometimes send by more than one courier, possibly on a different date, but this should be confirmed at time of booking or on the delivery note that other items to follow.
Before you sign for the goods, please make sure you fully inspect the goods to ensure that everything has arrived undamaged. We pack our goods extremely carefully and damages are rare, however, once you have signed for the goods it may not be possible to prove that the damage occurred before they came into your possession. If the goods are left without a signature, we must be notified of any damages or shortages within 24 hours of the delivery taking place. See 'Damaged Items' below.
Goods can be left in a porch, outhouse or even with a neighbour, but you must specifiy this request at time of booking. However we cannot take any reponsiblility for unsigned and unchecked deliveries.
If you refuse to accept an order when it arrives by courier, you may be responsible for any additional courier costs incurred by us, including the cost of returning the items to us. If you are refusing the order simply because you have changed your mind, you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods unless we have recieved a cancellation email prior to the delivery. If you are refusing the goods because you believe they are damaged, we will check the goods are damaged when they are returned to us. If they arent damaged, we may have to charge you the cost of returning the goods to us. If you refuse the goods because the courier company is not able to carry the goods to a particular part of your property, please remember that we are unable to guarantee that the couriers will deliver to any point other than your front door or or kerbside, depending on the item. However our courier are mostly courteous and will endeavour to help wherever possible.

We deliver to most parts of the UK mainland & Northern Ireland.
We will endeavour to delivery within the specified times stated as at time of booking and as stated within the checkout page, but with all bespoke made to order items there is always the possibility of some delay due to availabilty of materials etc. However you will be notified regarding any delay.
Delivery charges are specified at time of ordering for that particular order, however charges can be subject to change from time to time depending on third party carriers.
Whilst all care has been taken when making these products, and due to the material mainly being natural wood, spliters can occasionally occur and therefore we can not be held responsible in this instance.
